I was sure that I have already known nearly everything when it comes to different types of office space. I have been working in many offices. A few of them were placed in huge apartments. Sometimes it was just a simple open space. I worked also in a small, gloomy room which was called an office. A few of them didn’t have a kitchen, some of them didn’t even have separate bathroom (this was a separate room on the staircase and shared with another office). However, I have worked as well in highly chic office, where every single detail was cautiously designed by expensive architect. All of these offices were totally different.

Nonetheless, when I think of them, all of them have 1 thing in common – walls.
And when I say “walls” I don’t obviously mean only physical walls. What I mean is the method how those walls were decorated. In every office walls were always plain. Furthermore, they were not just plain but often also white or in other boring color. I didn’t mind it back then. I thought it just had to look like this, that this is how it should be, that this is impossible to work in the place that has more colorful walls. But last week my colleague has started her own firm. The company has a rather small office but my colleage invited me and a few other people to see it as it was finally ready. And you know what I have seen in this office? Amazing pictures on the walls! Each wall had beautiful, huge pic on it. On the biggest wall, in the center of the office, there was a eiffel tower wallpaper. Next to this there were wallpapers with beautiful sunrise, trees and green grass. Because of this, employees might feel like they sit on the lawn under the eiffel tower!Recently I decided that if I will ever start my own firm, I will use office wallpaper with huge pictures on them.
