If we look at states from Poland to Hungary we will notice quite a lot similarities in this region. Firstly, this states have got fantastic and well-educated white-collar workers and they are not cost that much as in Western European countries, what’s more the organisation of the legal system is much more effective than in contries of Central and South Asia. Countries like Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia have a great roads and logistic background. In Poland quality of the streets is not that good, but it has improved for the last 10 years, but the industrial park in Poland is quite large. Warehouses in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia are available (more - real estate poland), in Hungary we may have got some difficulties if we want to rent a huge space.

The Southern European countries have a good climate, however in Poland it depends of the time of the year. Now we have very hot summers, but winters are without frost, therefore logistic go without difficulties, nevertheless bad weather could happen in January or February (sometimes even in spring) will be freezing, specially in Poland. It is a great idea to buy winter tires, even if we have them just in case. Industrial park in Poland is quite large, but it needs money and innovations, there is still lots of things to do in these matter, in other states that situation seems to be better.

The general problem is the instable political atmosphere in Hungary and the Republic of Poland and the stresses on boarders with Russian Federation and Ukraine. The Eastern European countries constantly have got a large impact on the business situation in this area. Nevertheless companies with its logistic, accounting systems, warehouses in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia have a giant area to growing up and extension.

It is a brilliant possibility to start a firm in Central Europe, however it is related with some risk. It is nice to have a social background in the Western European countries or in the US.
