A modern places to live in present Poland – the social programs
It is a blessing for young people to have an apartment for themselves. In Poland a large number of families live together with their mother and father or parents in-law for a few years or longer. The polish government is attempting to change this situation by appropriate social programs.

For many years living in large families was a very natural and common situation in Poland, couples had been living and still live with their offsprings, parents or even grandparents. In these days young couples usually want to live on their own, they are searching apartments for rent in Poland and also in various countries. The economic immigrants have got their destination in wealthy western European countries and the polish government want to discontinue these migrations. There is a special program for young couples called “Mieszkanie dla młodych” (“An Apartment for young people”), which support married couples buy their first flat. Unfortunately this supporting program is dedicated to marriages, not to all couples.
A large number of young people take mortgages for twenty or thirty years just to have got some place for themselves. The different option for them is to find apartments for rent in Poland it is very common. The praises depend of the place in which we have been living it can be 800 PLN or even 2500 PLN.

In Poland real estate market is very various, it is not easy to purchase a good apartment in a large town and don’t overpaid, on the other hand we have many flats to rent and purchase. In Poland real estate in little cities is increasing, many people had gone to the a different state or to the city leaving their parents and their properties, after some time old parents passed away and then the child trade or rent houses of their family, many times the praise is not high.
It is a cleaver idea to have got that sort of house for vacations or for a ew days, of’ corseif you have got money. The polish government try to make some space to exist for people mostly in the cities, unfortunately local authorities, do very little to stop migrations to the cities and to other countries. That politics must be changed in the next few years or Poland will be a state with abandoned villages.

Having a flat (even a not huge) is a great thing. The real estate market is increasing so there is a hope for a large number of families to have got their own place to live.
